Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays).

Most orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after placement.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

United States & Europe: 5–14 business days

International Orders: 7–21 business days

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Luca Bellini does not control or collect these fees.

Payment of customs charges is the responsibility of the customer.

If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, return shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly:

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

We will attempt to assist if the order has not yet shipped.

Once shipped, we cannot guarantee rerouting or recovery.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to customer address errors.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Please allow 24 hours, as carriers sometimes scan packages early.

  2. Check with household members or neighbors.

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
